How do I get started?
Complete the Property Brief. Once received, I’ll review the project for fit, confirm the recommended scope (signature space + any add-ons), and send your next steps to reserve your project on the studio calendar.
What do you need from me?
To create an accurate, sales-forward concept, we typically request:

This intake helps ensure the concept aligns with the property and the buyer you’re trying to attract.
What if plans are unavailable?
No problem. If plans aren’t available, you may request a site measure inside the Property Brief.
When selected, the studio will:

take measurements (on-site or based on provided dimensions when applicable)

draft basic plans to support layout and furnishing placement

include plans in the final presentation
Site-measure availability is limited and offered in select markets.
What is the investment?
Atelier Box™: Builders/Realty Edition begins at the current market rate per property, with scope confirmed after the Property Brief is reviewed. Additional rooms, added drawing complexity, or expedited timelines are quoted based on scope.
How long does it take?
When the Property Brief is complete and plans/photos are provided, typical turnaround is 7–10 business days.
If a site measure and plan drafting are required, please allow 2–3 weeks, depending on scheduling availability and property access.
Can the buyer or client speak with you?
Yes. A Discovery Call is available by appointment. If the buyer requests revisions, alternate furniture options, or additional layouts, I will provide a proposal for expanded design support based on scope.
How is it delivered?
Your Atelier Box™ may be delivered to:

your model home,

the property location, or
-
directly to the buyer/client.
Delivery is completed via courier or insured carrier to keep all presentation materials intact and presentation-ready. On-site handoff may be available in select markets when scheduling allows.
Do you provide marketing permission language?
Yes. The Property Brief includes a photography and marketing authorization so the studio may use approved images and materials in the book and for promotional purposes—only within the permissions you grant.
Is this virtual staging or a finished installation?
Each Builders/Realty Edition begins with a signature space concept that sets the tone for the home. Additional spaces can be added and are quoted based on scope.
Atelier Box™ provides a design concept + visual presentation (including render-ready visuals where applicable) and a curated sample experience. It is not a physical staging or installation service unless separately contracted.
How many rooms are included?
